I then uninstalled and reinstalled the printer but after installing it goes back to Offline after a few seconds. I checked and cleared out any logs at C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS and C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers.ĥ. I’ve tried different drivers – PCL 6 and PCL 5, no change.Ĥ. The print spooler is not stopping when this happens, yet restarting will resolve for a few seconds.ģ. By stopping and then starting the Print Spooler service, the printer will come back online but only for about 5 seconds, then it goes back to Offline status in the Print Management window. I’ve been able to ping it and access it via the web interface with no problem.Ģ. Here are the things I've already attempted and results:ġ. However, when I look at it in Print Management, it shows as Offline. The C220 had the same IP information input when swapped, and I can see it on the network and access it via the web interface with no problems. One of our locations had replaced their Konica Minolta Bizbub C554e with a C220 as the they wait for the C554e to be "fixed". I see this is a common topic and title as I searched through Spiceworks, but have yet found anything to fix this issue.
